The African Christian Democratic Party(ACDP) has been devastated by untimely death of Olga Meshoe Washington,the daughter of the founder and president of ACDP,Rev Kenneth Meshoe with his late wife Lydia Meshoe.
The ACDP has revealed that Olga passed away after a short illness on 6 January 2025,in front of her husband Joshua Washington while he was holding her hand at her hospital bedside in the United States of America(USA).
According to ACDP,Olga was a qualified attorney,who had also completed her MBA,with distinction.She was bright,intelligent,articulate person,who loved and served her Saviour,Jesus Christ,with excellence,setting an example for many to follow.
The party also confirmed that Olga was a huge staunch of the State of Israel and has devoted her life serving on the best interests of Jewish community.
It said Olga held fast to a Biblical Worldview and was a strong,outspoken voice for Israel and the Jewish community.As the CEO of DEISI International,she fearlessly and tirelessly fought for the establishment of ties between Israel and South Africa,with conviction,and insight beyond her years on some complicated diplomatic issues.
Except being Israel loyalist,the party highlighted that she had an impressive track record when it comes to South African politics.
The party said she was a protagonist for the advancement of a Godly government in South Africa and played a pivotal leadership role in developing the ACDP Youth Foundation,during her tenure as a leader of the youth wing of the party.As an innovative,disciplined,focused and results driven leader,she excelled academically and proved herself as a brave young minister of the truth of the Word of God.This she did,unashamedly and unapologetically so.
The party added that Olga was an outstanding woman,wife and mother.She was married to Joshua Washington,and they were blessed with two sons,whom she loved dearly.
Even the South African Zionist Federation has been touched by the death of Olga and has described her as a voice for the truth and justice.

The SAZF stated that Olga's extraordinary intellect and passionate advocacy were matched only by her warmth and determination to build bridges between communities.Throughout her impactful career,Olga consistently demonstrated the courage to speak truth to power,challenging false narratives while fostering genuine understanding and meaningful cooperation between African nations and Israel.
