Chelsea was crowned FIFA Club World Cup champions after crushing Paris Saint German(PSG) 3-0 in the presence of more than 81,000 spectators at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey on Sunday afternoon. 

The Blues sealed its victory as early as possible when they scored all their goals in the first 45 minutes of the game and that was enough for them to be crowned as FIFA Club World Cup champions for the second time in their football history.

Chelsea's first two goals were scored by Cole Palmer in the 22nd and 30th minutes and the third goal was scored by the Brazilian international Joao Pedro in the 43rd minute capitalising on Palmer's assist.

In the second half,PSG was on top of their game because they dominated that every sphere of the field and even ball possession was in their favour but they failed dismally to break the defence of Chelsea which was solid like concrete.

On the 88th minute,PSG's defender Joao Neves received a red card after he pulled Marc Cucurella's hair and Cucurella fell on the ground few metres away from the eighteen yard.

During awards handout,PSG player Desire Doue received the Best Talent of the World Cup Award,Real Madrid player Gonzalo Garcia won Top Goalscorer Award,Chelsea goalkeeper Robert Sanchez won Golden Glove Award, Cole Plamer won Best Player of the Tournament Award and Man of the Match Award.

Following their undisputed victory,Chelsea pocketed around US$129.5 million in prize money after winning Club World Cup.

Under the leadership of Enzo Maresca,Chelsea has been transformed into an inexplicably football monster and won two trophies in a period of one year, he started with UEFA Conference League and qualified for Champions League next season.

Chelsea has become the first club in the football history to lift all major trophies which exist in the local,continental and world competitions.

Over the years,Chelsea won major trophies such as English Premier League,FA Cup,English Football League Cup,UEFA Champions League,Europa League,Conference League and FIFA Club World Cup.
