On Friday,the Israeli Defence Force(IDF) has admitted that its ground forces has mistakenly killed three Israeli hostages in Gaza.

"During the battles in Sheijaia the entire IDF mistakenly identified three kidnapped Israelis as a threat.As a result,the force fired at them and they were killed.After the shooting during a scan and examination an immediate suspicion arose regarding the identity of the dead and their bodies were quickly transferred for examination in Israel and there the hostages were identified,"Daniel Hagari,Israeli Army Spokesperson said.

The names of the hostages which were killed by IDF were announced as Yotam Haim(28),Samar Fouad Talalka(22) and Alon Shamriz(26),all of them were abducted in southern Israel.

An incident has shocked everyone because it was not expected that a force like of Israel can commit a mistake like this.

The Israeli army has spent more than two months in a ground operation to rescue hostages which were kidnapped by Hamas on the 7 October surprise attack in Israel.

During its ground operation the IDF soldiers has killed more than 18000 defenseless civilians in Gaza and that has angered an international community.

Israeli forces has attacked and vandalised properties which includes hospitals,schools,mosques,bakeries and residential buildings through its reckless airstrikes.

Looking on the scale of destruction which caused by Israeli forces in Gaza,there is a huge possibility that more hostages are already dead and stuck on the rubble of destroyed buildings and tunnels.

Following an announcement of the death of three hostages by IDF,the relatives of hostages were seen protesting in Tel Aviv on Friday.

The Prime Minister of Israel,Benjamin Netanyahu has expressed his sadness followed the death of three hostages from friendly fire.

"Together with entire people of Israel,I bow my head in deep sorrow and mourn the death of three of our hostages,including Yotam Haim and Samer Fouad Talalka.

"This is an unbearable tragedy and all of Israel is grieving their loss this evening.My heart goes out to the bereaved families at this difficult time.

"I strengthen our courageous soldiers engaged in the sacred mission of bringing home our hostages,while risking their lives in doing so.

Today,on this painful evening,we will dress our wounds,learn the lessons and continue the most important effort of bringing all the hostages home,"said Benjamin Netanyahu on Friday evening.
