Israel slaughtered over 990 starving civilians near aid distribution centres in Gaza

The Government Media Office in Gaza announced on Sunday that the death toll for aid victims near aid distribution centres has risen to 995 martyrs,6011 injured,and 45 missing since 27 March 2025. 

The Government Media Office in Gaza revealed that the situation on the enclave is dire due to ongoing genocide and mass starvation which is perpetuating by Israeli forces. 

"Gaza is heading towards an unprecendented humanitarian catastrophe with the ongoing genocide by killing and mass starvation against more than 2.4 million people,including 1.1 million children,in the Gaza Strip.

 "We are on the verge of a phase of mass death due to the Israeli occupation's closure of all crossings for more than 140 days,preventing the entry of humanitarian and relief aid,baby milk,and fuel,tightening the siege completely,and the depletion of food and medicine,and the continuation of the starvation policy.

 "The world is watching Gaza being slaughtered and killed by starvation and extermination without taking any action. 

We are facing the largest mass massacre in modern history,"the Government Media Office in Gaza statement said. 

The Palestinian Ministry of Health in Gaza also announced that their hospitals reported that received dozens of people which were killed and injured in 24 hours.

 "130 martyrs(including 2 recovered martyrs) and 495 injuries arrived at Gaza Strip hospitals during (the past 24 hours).

 "A number of victims are still under the rubble and on the roads,as ambulance and civil defense crews are unable to reach them until now.

 "The toll of the Israeli aggression has risen to 58,895 martyrs and 140,980 injuries since October 7,2023.

 "The total number of martyrs and injuries from March 18,2025,until today:8,066 martyrs and 28,939 injuries. 

Among the martyrs of livelihood:The number of martyrs from aid incidents who arrived at hospitals during the past 24 hours reached 31 martyrs and over 107 injuries,raising the total number of martyrs of livelihood who reached hospitals to 922 martyrs and over 5,861 injuries,"the ministry said.

On Sunday,Israeli forces continued with their heavy shelling and airstrikes which focused on Deir al-Balah,Khan Younis,and in northern areas of Gaza,and also issued new large-scale evacuation orders for the displaced families in southern Deir al-Balah,and several children succumbed to starvation.
