President Donald Trump announced that Kazakhstan has agreed to join the Abraham Accords which promotes diplomacy between Arab and Muslim countries and Israel.

The U.S President confirmed on his social media platform Truth Social that he even held conversation with Prime Minister of Israel and President of Kazakhstan.

“I just held a great call between Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, of Israel, and President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, of Kazakhstan,” said Trump.

He mentioned that Kazakhstan has become the first country to join the Abraham Accords in his second-term as the President of United States and highlighted that are many countries which are interested to join.

“Kazakhstan is the first country of my second term to join the Abrahams, the first of many. This is a major step forward in building bridges across the world. Today, more nations are lining up to embrace Peace and Prosperity through my Abraham Accords,” he added.

Kazakhstan will be the fifth Muslim country to join Abraham Accords and will be joining the United Arabs Emirates(UAE), Bahrain, Morocco ,and Sudan.

Kazakhstan has existing diplomatic relations with Israel since 1992 after the fall of the Soviet Union.

Kazakhstan is a landlocked country located in Central Asia and other its part falls into Eastern Europe, share borders with Russia, China, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan.
