Egyptian international striker Mohamed Salah has become the first player in the English football history to win all awards such as EA SPORTS Player of the Season,Golden Boot and Playmaker in one season.
He won the Playmaker Award for the 2024/25 season because he contributed eighteen assists for his teammates and also won Golden Boot as he became the Premier League top scorer with 29 goals.
His last goal in the last match of the season against Crystal Palace contributed a lot for him to become an undisputed player for the most combined goals and assists award.
The 2024/25 season was a record-breaking for the Egyptian starlet as he equates his record of 47 most goals and assists in a single season to the records of Alan Shearer and Andrew Cole which were created between the seasons of 1994/95 and 1993/94.
Salah has become the second player in the Premier League history to win fourth Golden Boots awards in four different seasons like Arsenal legend Thiery Henry.
It is not the first time for him to win both the Golden Boot and Playmaker awards in the same season,he did it in 2021/22 season where he scored 23 goals and created 13 assists.
He followed in the footsteps of Harry Kane the former Tottenham Hotspur who won both awards in 2020/21 season after scoring 23 goals and 14 assists.
Salah was voted on Saturday as the EA SPORTS Player of the Season,and became the fifth player in the Premier League history to win the award in two different seasons after Thiery Henry,Cristiano Ronaldo,Nemanja Vidic and Kevin De Bruyne.
Arsenal's David Raya and Nottingham Forest's Matz Sels became joint winners of the 2024/25 Golden Glove award,and that was awarded to the goalkeeper who kept the most clean sheets in a season.
Both goalkeepers each finished the 2024/25 campaign with 13 clean sheets,both conceded goals in the last matches of the season,Sels conceded in a Forest's defeat to Chelsea and Raya conceded in Arsenal's 2-1 victory against Southampton.
