Morgan Mammila has been discharged as the head coach of Chippa United and re-assigned to a new role as Technical Director until the end of the season.
The Chilli Boys has appointed two gentlemen to takeover as co-coaches and Mammila's removal was influenced by a string of poor results for the club.
Under the guidance of Mammila,the club has played 16 games however managed to secure only 18 points out of 48 points.
Mammila was so lucky that he still has a job and the leadership of the club sees him as an valuable asset to reinforce the technical team.
Who are these new co-coaches?
Chippa Mpengesi has decided to give the local talent an opportunity to sail his club out of the relegation zone.

September and Kopo will reunited again as they worked together many years ago for SuperSport United.
September was one of the most decorated football players in the South African football history and has spent more than 10 years at Pretoria,and he is the current winner of DStv Diski Challenge league title as a coach.
Kopo spent more than 20 years with SuperSport United,in those years he was involved in the development of players such as Ronwen Williams,Kamohelo Mokotjo,Masibusane Zongo and even Kermit Erasmus.
Kopo arms with an extensive experience which he gained through his involvement in the national teams technical staff,including Bafana Bafana.
Chilli Boys' league position
Chippa United is in position 13th in the DStv Premier Soccer League and is fighting its own survival.
Chilli Boys won only four games,drew six games and lost six games- and conceded sixteen goals and scored only twelve goals in sixteen matches played so far.
