Bafana Bafana will take on Zimbabwe in World Cup qualifiers match

The South African-men national team Bafana Bafana will face Zimbabwe during World Cup Qualifiers match which will take place at Free State Stadium,Bloemfontein on Tuesday at 18:00.

Hugo Broos' men goes to that match with an intention to collect all three points so that they will pave themselves a way to qualify for the next 2026 World Cup.

Bafana Bafana is heading in that encounter with an aim of capitalising on the weaknesses of The Warriors which are sitting at the bottom of the Group C with only two points after three matches.

On the past Friday,07 June,Bafana Bafana traveled to Nigeria where faced the Super Eagles and managed to secure one point against the side which armed with players that play in top European leagues.

Bafana Bafana opened the scoring on the 29th minute with the magical foot of Themba Zwane after he received a fantastic pass from Sphephelo 'Yaya' Sithole and on the 46th minute the Super Eagles scored an equaliser,and that game ended 1-1 at Godswill Akpabio Stadium.

Broos' team is sitting at position four with four points in three matches played so far in Group C and has lost one match.

Bafana Bafana's group is topped by the Cheetahs of Benin with seven points in four matches and on Monday afternoon Benin defeated Nigeria 2-1 in a match was staged at Stade Felix Houphout-Boigny,and the outcomes of that match was unexpected left everyone shocked.

During the West Africa neighbours encounter,Nigeria took a lead on the 27th minute with the goal scored by Raphael Onyedika however that solitary goal was not enough to bury their opponent.

The home team which was Benin responded so aggressively to that goal scored by Nigeria,and Benin's equalising goal was scored on 37th minute by Jodel Dossou and the winning goal for Benin was netted by Steve Mounie on the 45+3 before the end of first-half.

In the meantime,the Warriors of Zimbabwe are going to meet Bafana Bafana while are still breathing through the wound after being knocked down by Lesotho 0-2 at Orlando Stadium,South Africa.

In the next match,Lesotho will host Rwanda at Moses Mabhida Stadium,Durban in South Africa and that match will start at 18:00.

The Group C is comprising two teams from West Africa which are Nigeria and Benin,one team from East Africa which is Rwanda and three teams from Southern Africa which are South Africa,Zimbabwe and Lestho.
