Orlando Pirates humbled Mamelodi Sundowns in MTN8 final

The Soweto giant Orlando Pirates has humbled an unstoppable Mamelodi Sundowns in MTN8 Cup final at Moses Mabhida Stadium,Durban on Saturday night.
Orlando Pirates has defended its MTN8 trophy which won last season after defeating Mamelodi Sundowns in a fully-packed stadium.
The victory of Buccaneers was achieved after a long fight against Bafana ba Style as the game ended on extra-time.
Buccaneers' last night victory was gained after penalty-shootout when defeated Downs by 3-1.
Bucs' goalkeeper Sipho Chaine was the hero of the night as he excel saved three Sundowns' first penalties which guaranteed the reclaim of MTN8 by his club.
Chaine saved the penalties kicked by most trusted and feared Sundowns players such as Bongani Zungu,Junior Mendieta and Teboho Mokoena.
Chaine's sterling performance during a 120 minutes has rewarded him at the end of the match as he was announced as Man of the Match.
Last week,Chaine was disappointed when his coach chose to substitute him with Richard Ofori during penalty shootout against Botswana's side Jwaneng Galaxy in a Caf Champions League and Bucs was booted out of the continental competition.
Orlando Pirates' head coach Jose Riveiro has proven his appointment critics wrong because within 16 months with the club has won 3/3 domestic cup finals.
Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Rulani Mokwena seemed to be unhappy and find difficult to accept his defeat in the final.
During post-match interview,Mokwena blamed the poor condition of the Moses Mabhida Stadium pitch which made things difficult for his players.
